Product Description
WL-J420 is a high-performance copolymer emulsion of vinyl acetate/vinyl tert-carbonate for premium intumescent fire-retardant paints. Synthesized through an advanced multi-stage polymerization process and modified with special functional monomers, this polymer emulsion delivers exceptional chemical compatibility with the vital acid, carbon, and gas sources inside intumescent flame-retardant systems.
Fire-retardant coatings made with WL-J420 exhibit good stability, high bonding strength, and excellent waterproof and crack-resistant properties. Upon fire exposure, it triggers a high expansion coefficient to form an ultra-dense, robust carbonaceous char layer, providing superior heat insulation and elite flame-retardant protection while maintaining strong substrate adhesion and outstanding crack resistance.
